Since 1979, Postgraduate Institute for Medicine (PIM) has provided an extensive array of unique continuing professional education activities for the medical community. PIM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). PIM also meets the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and is also an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry.
PIM specializes in joint sponsorship, educational outcomes measurement and grant solicitation and funding support. PIM also offers an online eLearning platform with traffic guarantees, www.cmeuniversity.com, and has a proven track record of partnering with organizations to design effective educational activities that truly impact clinician practice patterns and ultimately improve patient care.
